TNA Impact rating (9/24): Did airing live lead to better numbers?

By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

The Thursday, September 24 TNA Thursday Night Impact averaged 207,000 viewers for AMC, according to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.com. Thursday’s viewership count was equal to the prior week’s 207,000 average. Impact finished with a 0.03 rating in the 18-49 demographic, down a tick from the previous show’s 0.04 rating.

Powell’s POV: The AMC+ and TNA+ streaming numbers are not included in the rating or viewership count for TNA Impact. To answer the question in the headline, going live didn’t seem to make any difference, as the numbers were essentially the same as they were the week before for a taped episode.
