A police incident report included some new details regarding the death of Benjamin “Pac” Satterley at age 40 on September 27, 20026. The AEW star was found in the parking lot of a CAVA restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois, according to a Des Plaines Police Department incident report that was obtained by the California Post.
Medication was found in Satterley’s rental car, and a search of his pockets and backpack did not result in any notable findings. Satterley was using Google Maps on his cellphone to guide him to Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. An officer answered the phone, and the female caller stated that Satterley was in the area due to his work as a pro wrestler. She also said that his flight back to the UK had been delayed. The report added that there were no “obviously suspicious marks upon Satterley nor circumstances within the vehicle.” Read more at NYPost.com.
Powell’s POV: The name of the medication found in Satterley’s car was redacted due to privacy laws. The Cook County Medical Examiner performed an autopsy on September 28. The cause of death will remain pending until toxicology and lab testing are finalized, which could take several weeks.
