-WWE will release its second quarter financial report this morning. Vince McMahon, George Barrios, and Michelle Wilson are scheduled to co-host a conference call to discuss the numbers at 10CT/11ET. I will run live notes on what should be a very interesting presentation followed by the conversation with the financial analysts who take part in the Q&A.

-I will be heading out to Waterloo, Iowa this afternoon for the National Wrestling Hall of Fame weekend. I attended the event last year and had a great time, so I’m really looking forward to returning. The weekend events begin tonight and run through Saturday’s Hall of Fame ceremony. If you are making the trip, please say hello if we cross paths.

-A special Dot Net Weekly and Pro Wrestling Boom combo show hosted by Jake Barnett and I will be available this afternoon. Jake and I will be discussing the WWE financial report and the conference call, AEW on TNT, and much more. Join us on the ad-free version of the site and access and our entire ten-year audio history by signing up for membership today via the Dot Net Members’ Signup Page.

-Monday’s WWE Raw received a D grade from 30 percent of the voters in our weekly poll. B finished in second place with 25 percent of the vote. It was a polarizing show as C finished third with 20 percent, F received 14 percent, and A received 11 percent of the vote. It really depends what you were looking for. I was all for the nostalgia, but I wanted them to do more to hook returning viewers on the current product and SummerSlam, so I ended up giving the show a C grade.

-Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown received a B grade from 42 percent of the voters in our weekly poll. A finished second with 27 percent. I gave the show a solid B grade.
