ROH and NWA part ways

Ring of Honor will no longer air National Wrestling Alliance matches or footage on their television shows or pay-per-views. ProWrestling.net has confirmed a report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com that the two sides recently agreed to part ways.

Powell’s POV: The move is disappointing in that I found the NWA matches and angles to be among the highlights of ROH’s weekly television series. The NWA is focused on launching a weekly series. It will be interesting to see if it’s a Youtube series or they have another plan for distribution.
