WWE Raw Reunion preview: Legends advertised, Alexa Bliss talkshow segment

WWE has announced the following matches and segments for tonight’s WWE Raw television show.

-WWE is officially advertising the following legends for tonight’s Raw Reunion: Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Road Dogg, X-Pac, Ted DiBiase, Kurt Angle, Mick Foley, Diesel, Razor Ramon, Alicia Fox, Alundra Blayze, Booker T, Eric Bischoff, Candice Michelle, Christian, D-Von Dudley, Eve Torres, Gerald Brisco, Sgt. Slaughter, The Godfather, Jillian Hall, Jimmy Hart, Jerry Lawler, Jonathan Coachman, Kaitlyn, Kelly Kelly, Lilian Garcia, Mark Henry, Melina, Pat Patterson, Rikishi, Ron Simmons, Santino Marella, The Boogeyman, and The Hurricane.

-A Moment of Bliss talkshow with Alexa Bliss and guest Becky Lynch.

  1. Is this really needed? As a wrestling fan (mostly WWF/E) since the early ’80s, I have had enough of these nostalgia trips.

    I mean I get enough of these “Legends” during the Hall of Fame ceremony. There is no reason for this “reunion”. What is the point?

    “Look how old they are now!”

    Why not attempt to make meaningful stories? Use the three hours you have to make SummerSlam not suck.

    • It will be nice to see some of the legends, while it feels like we’ve already had a healthy dose of others. But hopefully the idea is to use the legends to draw in more viewers than usual, yet do something to get people excited about the current product. A feel good nostalgia show can be fun in the moment, but they need to hook viewers beyond one show.
