WWE reportedly moving to BT Sport in the UK

WWE is expected to announce a new UK television deal with BT Sport. Telegraph.co.uk reports that WWE and BT Sport have agreed to terms on a new deal that will result in WWE programming leaving Sky Sports.

Powell’s POV: WWE has yet to announce the deal and BT Sport reportedly declined comment. We’ll let you know if the two sides make a formal announcement. Thanks to Dot Net reader Darius Malcisky for passing along the story.

  1. I contacted Sky about this and was told: ‘We still hold the rights to WWE coverage until the end of this year. That is all we know at this stage. If anything changes an announcement will be made publicly.’
