Powell’s POV: Yes, Lars Sullivan was listed in both sections. He was listed on the WWE website’s official list for Raw talent during Smackdown, and then he was announced as being a Smackdown wrestler during the Smackdown television show. WWE announced four moves online shortly after Smackdown, then assigned Otis and Tucker of Heavy Machinery a couple hours later. NXT call-up Nikki Cross has not been assigned to a brand as of this update.
