Ring of Honor has announced Jay Lethal vs. Matt Taven for the ROH Championship as the main event of the company’s 17th Anniversary pay-per-view. The show will be held on March 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada at Sam’s Town Live. Read the official announcement at ROHwrestling.com.

Powell’s POV: It’s been obvious that the Lethal vs. Taven match was coming and I’m curious to see what the company can do creatively to get more fans onboard before the pay-per-view. ROH previously announced The Briscoes vs. PCO and Brody King for the ROH Tag Titles for the anniversary show, which will air on pay-per-view and HonorClub.
