WWE announced Tuesday’s Smackdown television show will feature Vince McMahon moderating a face to face segment involving Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles heading into their WWE Championship match at the Royal Rumble. WWE also added Mandy Rose vs. Naomi to the match lineup.

Powell’s POV: Am I the only one who is already feeling ho-hum about Vince appearing? Part of the fun of seeing the Mr. McMahon character in small doses over the years was the feeling that something big was going to happen or be announced. With Vince becoming more of a regular on the shows now that the McMahons are the only on-air authority figures, it’s quickly becoming a little too commonplace to see him and it’s nearly impossible to come up with enough big moments to make his appearances feel special.
