WWE Royal Rumble lineup: New WWE Universal Championship match, 13 women and 20 men advertised for the Royal Rumble matches

The following matches are advertised for the WWE Royal Rumble, which will be held on January 27 in Phoenix, Arizona at Chase Field.

-Brock Lesnar vs. Finn Balor for the WWE Universal Championship.

-The 30-Man Royal Rumble (Entrants: John Cena, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Samoa Joe, Finn Balor, Drew McIntyre, Kofi Kingston, Kalisto, Big E, Xavier Woods, Apollo Crews, Baron Corbin, Elias, Jinder Mahal, Jeff Hardy, Bobby Lashley, Andrade Almas, Rey Mysterio, Mustafa Ali, 30th entrant R-Truth).

-The 30-Woman Royal Rumble (Entrants: Natalya, Bayley, Sasha Banks, Ember Moon, Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan, Liv Morgan, Mickie James, Alicia Fox, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Zelina Vega, 30th entrant Carmella).

-Daniel Bryan vs. AJ Styles for the WWE Championship.

-Buddy Murphy vs. Akira Tozawa vs. Kalisto vs. Hideo Itami in a four-way for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.

-Ronda Rousey vs. Sasha Banks for the Raw Women’s Championship.

-Asuka vs. Becky Lynch for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

-Sheamus and Cesaro vs. Shane McMahon and The Miz for the Smackdown Tag Titles.

Powell’s POV: Vince McMahon removed Braun Strowman from the WWE Championship match and he was eventually replayed by Finn Balor on Raw. WWE added Kalisto and Mickie James to the Royal Rumble matches since our last update. R-Truth and Carmella won the Mixed Match Challenge to earn the No. 30 spots in their respective Rumble matches.

  1. Just a heads up Jason, you have Brock/Balor as fighting for the WWE Championship, not the Universal Title.
