Powell’s POV: For anyone who may have missed it due to the holidays, the All Elite Wrestling promotion was officially announced in the latest Being The Elite video that went live at midnight on New Year’s Day morning. The promotion is funded by the Khan family, including Tony Khan, and is expected to include Cody, the Young Bucks, Adam Page, SCU, and other wrestlers. The group also announced the Double Or Nothing event without listing a date or location, though we continue to hear Las Vegas, Nevada over Memorial Day weekend is in the works. It’s an exciting time and it will be very interesting to see where the promotion lands in the television world.
