Jake Hager’s (f/k/a Jack Swagger) first MMA fight announced

Jake Hager will make his MMA debut on at the January 26 Bellator event at The Forum in Inglewood, California. Hager will face JW Kiser, who has a 0-1 record in professional MMA. Hager’s fight will appear on the Paramount Network, according to MMAJunkie.com.

Powell’s POV: The 36 year-old Hager was an All-American wrestler for Oklahoma University prior to signing with WWE. Hager signed with Bellator in November 2017. Kiser is a 41 year-old fighter who complied a 1-3 record as an amateur. The fight will occur on the same night as the NXT Takeover event that will be held in Phoenix.
