Major League Wrestling officially announced Monday that Konnan will be coning out of retirement to challenge Low Ki in a No DQ match for the MLW Championship. The match will be held on December 14 in Miami, Florida at the MLW Zero Hour event. For ticket information, visit MLWtickets.com.

Powell’s POV: An angle play out on this week’s MLW Fusion television show that set up the match. Konnan is 54 and has had some serious health issues over the years. He’s also a bright guy so one can only hope that the match will be laid out in a way that doesn’t require more than he can handle.
