Thursday’s Impact Wrestling television drew 190,000 total viewers on Pop TV, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 222,000 viewers the show accumulated the previous week.

Powell’s POV: A lousy number for Impact, which aired opposite an NFL game and the MLB playoffs. Impact obviously has strong competition, but perhaps some of the issue is that fans want to watch a pro wrestling product rather than a show filled with crappy B-movie segments. Last year, Impact Wrestling produced 251,000 viewers for the October 5 edition.
