The NWA announces the eight entrants in the tournament to crown the new National Champion

The National Wrestling Alliance named the following wrestlers as entrants in the tournament for the vacant NWA National Title.

-Colt Cabana

-Scorpio Sky

-Mike Parrow

-Jay Bradley

-Sam Shaw

-Ricky Starks

-Willie Mack

-Sammy Guevara

Powell’s POV: The tournament will occur at the NWA 70th Anniversary event that will be held in Nashville, Tennessee on October 21. It will feature a pair of four-way elimination matches, and the winners of those matches will meet on the same night to determine the champion.
