WWE announced that the Mixed Match Challenge will return on Facebook Watch on September 18. The following teams have been announced for the tournament.

-Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss

-Bobby Lashley and Sasha Banks

-Finn Bálor and Bayley

-Jinder Mahal and Alicia Fox

-Kevin Owens and Natalya

-The Miz and Asuka

-Jimmy Uso and Naomi

-Rusev and Lana

-AJ Styles and Charlotte Flair

-R-Truth and Carmella

Powell’s POV: The MMC will have a 14-week run and there is actually going to be a ten-minute pre-show that will air opposite the end of Smackdown. The actual MMC broadcast will begin at 9CT/10ET right after Smackdown. The big changes this year is that it will be a 30-minute broadcast with two matches airing each week, plus it will be a round robin style tournament. Will I cover the show live after doing so last season? Nope, no way, but we will definitely pass along the results.

  1. I’m stoked for this. I thought last year’s MMC was a lot of fun.

Team Little Big all the way!
