The following matches are advertised for the NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 4 event that will be held tonight in Brooklyn, New York at Barclays Center.

-Tommaso Ciampa vs. Johnny Gargano in a Last Man Standing match for the NXT Championship.

-Shayna Baszler vs. Kairi Sane for the NXT Women’s Championship.

-Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong vs. Tyler Bate and Trent Seven for the NXT Tag Titles.

-Adam Cole vs. Ricochet for the NXT North American Championship.

Powell’s POV: WWE has also announced that Pete Dunne will defend the WWE UK Championship against Zack Gibson in a match that will be taped prior to Takeover for next week’s television show. Takeover events now start an hour earlier to match the start time of WWE pay-per-view events. The pre-show will begin at 5CT/6ET and the actual show airs at 6CT/7ET. Join John Moore for live coverage beginning with the Kickoff Show Notes. I will be by after the show with my exclusive audio review for members. Plus, Paul “Triple H” Levesque will be speaking to the pro wrestling media afterward and we will have that audio available as a free podcast. Check out Levesque’s Wednesday discussion with the media below.
