The NWA released a new video that featured Billy Corgan standing outside the the Nashville Municipal Auditorium and discussing tonight’s Nick Aldis vs. Flip Gordon match for the NWA Championship. Watch the video below or at the NWA Youtube Page.
Powell’s POV: Corgan spoke about Ric Flair vs. Ricky Steamboat facing off for the NWA Championship in the same venue. There is also an NWA news update included in the video that focusses on the NWA Championship match and Saturday’s Tim Storm vs. Jocephus match that will also be held this weekend in Clarksville, Tennessee. ROH should be pleased with whatever their arrangement with the NWA is in that the NWA videos have done more to promote tonight’s show online than anything I’ve seen on the ROH end.
Hopefully Corgan doesn’t put the title on Gordon, considering Gordon is stupid enough to think that the Earth is flat.
