-WWE Smackdown Live is in Manchester, New Hampshire at SNHU Arena. The show will feature WWE Champion AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura and final hype for Sunday’s WWE Extreme Rules event. Join Jake Barnett for live coverage as the show airs on USA Network at 7CT/8ET, and I will be by later tonight with my audio review and again on Wednesday with my WWE Smackdown Hit List.

-The dark main events listed for tonight’s Smackdown taping are AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, and Jeff Hardy vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, The Miz, and Samoa Joe, and Carmella vs. Asuka for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

Birthdays and Notables

-Billy Jack Haynes is 65.

-Duane Gill is 59.

-Bobo Brazil (a/k/a Houston Harris) was born on July 10, 1924. He died on January 20, 1998 at age 73 after suffering multiple strokes.

-The late Johnny Grunge (a/k/a Mike Durham) was born on July 10, 1966. He died on February 16, 2006 at age 39 as a result of sleep apnea complications.
