New Japan Pro Wrestling announced at a press conference on Friday that they will return to Long Beach, California at the Walter Pyramid on September 30. The event will be called The Fighting Spirit Unleashed.
NJPW also announced “The Lions Break” event featuring their young lions for November 10-11 in Anaheim, California at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Powell’s POV: There was no indication as to whether the Long Beach show will be broadcast on AXS, but history would seem to indicate that will be the case. Dot Net staffers Will Pruett and John Moore are at the press conference and will have a lot of NJPW content on the site this weekend. NJPW is back on September 30 in Long Beach at the pyramid for another event.
