New Japan Pro Wrestling and RPW “Strong Style Evolved UK”
Milton Keynes, England at the Milton Keynes Ice Arena
Report by Dot Net reader Jamie S

It was a really enjoyable show with very vocal and responsive crowd. Pretty much every wrestler got a good pop (honestly can’t think of anyone who didn’t, even Yoshi-Hashi got a decent reaction), but the roof came off for Will Osprey and the four guys in the main event. I am looking forward to watching it back on NJPW World. I was a bit surprised when the show wrapped by about 8.45pm, especially when it was billed to finish at 9.30pm (which still seemed early), but we’re having a heatwave in the UK at the moment and it’s causing disruption to trains, so perhaps the early finish was deliberate so folks could travel home.

1. “Dominator” Great O-Kharn beat Shota Umino. It was billed as Umino vs. a mystery opponent. O-Kharn is better known as Young Lion Tomoyuki Oka.

2. Yujiro Takahashi and Taiji Ishimori beat “Aussie Open” Kyle Fetcher and Mark Davis. The Bullet Club members beat Aussie Open

3. Takashi Iizuka, Taichi, and El Desperado beat Jay White, Toru Yano, and Gedo. The Suzuki-gun members beat the Chaos team.

4. Tiger Mask defeated RPW Undisputed British Cruiserweight Champion David Starr in a non-title match.

5. WALTER beat Yugi Nagata.

6. Yoshi-Hashi beat Chris Brooks

7. Will Osprey beat Yoshinobu Kanemaru.

8. Minoru Suzuki and Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Kazuchika Okada and Tomohiro Ishii to retain the RPW British Tag Team Championship. The Suzuki-gun duo beat the Chaos pair to retain.
