CM Punk addressed his UFC 225 loss to Mike Jackson via social media early Sunday morning: “You win some, you lose some! I’m 1-1 this week and I’ll take it! Thanks to my team, my family, my friends, and THE FANS! Wouldn’t be here without any of you. Respect to @TheTruthJackson, thanks for the fight! You only live once, and… I’M ALIVE!”

Powell’s POV: Punk was taken to a hospital after the fight and fortunately it appears he’s okay. He took a lot of punches to the head during the fight and gained the respect of Dana White, Michael Bisping, Kenny Florian, and others by lasting a full three rounds.

  1. The real victory is once again exposing WWE for their petty behavior.

  2. I’ll assume he wrote this before the fight or so ething. You’re 0-2..

  3. Shows how much he cares if he won or lost. Anyone STILL doubt he gives a damn about anything other than getting the paycheck from UFC, as he’s stated is his main goal in many interviews?
