There was an incident involving Vince McMahon and Brock Lesnar following the WrestleMania 34 main event, according to ProwrestlingSheet.com. Prowrestling.net can confirm that Lesnar appeared to be upset after the match and threw the WWE Universal Championship title belt.

Powell’s POV: The story goes that Shane McMahon tried to stand up on behalf of his father and was calmed down by Brian James. Vince is also said to have cleared the Gorilla position and tried to talk with Lesnar, who stormed out of the building. At this point, it’s hard to tell whether the dispute was legitimate or if this is all a worked shoot, especially now that WWE has announced Lesnar for the Greatest Royal Rumble event less than 24 hours after the incident. For what it’s worth, Shawn Valentino told me that it was not a topic of conversation at the WrestleMania afterparty. At this point, the story has taken on a life of its own to the point that there were even bogus stories of Lesnar going into business for himself and shooting on Reigns to win the main event on Sunday.

  1. So, now Reigns has to win the title because Lesnar is an outlaw going into business for himself? Jeez.

  2. Maybe Vince called the match to end early than it was supposed to due to all the gushing blood and that’s why Lesnar was angry?
