By Jason Powell, Prowrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

WWE has added Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Mickie James vs. Alexa Bliss, Mandy Rose, and Sonya Deville in a six-woman tag match to Monday’s Raw television show. Read the official announcement at WWE.com.

Powell’s POV: The match features the six women who will be in the Elimination Chamber for Bliss’s Raw Women’s Championship. WWE previously announced Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman vs. John Cena vs. The Miz vs. Finn Balor vs. Elias vs. Seth Rollins in a gauntlet match for Monday’s Raw. 1. Mickie and Alexa on opposite sides of the tag, eh? Expect something to come out of that. Those two work well together. Meanwhile Sasha and Bayley on the same side. Expect something to come out of that too.

It’s interesting how Raw is doing a 6 woman tag, but it has actual meaning (because it connects to the Chamber match and there are multiple side-stories going in among the 6 women), while Smackdown keeps throwing out these meaningless 6 women tags with no side stories and no consequences, nothing on the line.
