Brock Lesnar has not reentered the USADA testing pool after all. UFC Vice President of Athlete Health and Performance Jeff Novitzky told MMA Junkie that there is “zero truth” to reports to the contrary. “(Lesnar) is not currently enrolled in the USADA testing pool, nor has there been any inquiry on his part to do so,” Novitzky said. [Thanks to Dot Net reader Steven Ball]

Powell’s POV: The UFC anti-doping policy requires retired fighters to notify UFC in writing if they intend to fight again. Word of Lesnar entering the USADA pool spread like wildfire on Wednesday. While there’s nothing stopping Lesnar from entering the testing pool at any point, Novitzky made it clear that he has not done so.
