WWE names the newest Hall of Fame member

WWE announced that Teddy Long will be inducted into the Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2017. Read the official announcement at WWE.com.

Powell’s POV: Long was a longtime referee for Jim Crockett Promotions who later became a manager. He became a referee again in WWE, and eventually became a storyline authority figure. He joins Kurt Angle, Ricky Morton, and Robert Gibson as the announced members of this year’s Hall of Fame class.
