Judge drops charges against Jimmy Snuka related to the death of his girlfriend

An Allentown, Pennsylvania judge dismissed homicide charges against WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka relating to the 1983 death of his girlfriend. Lehigh County judge Kelly L. Powell’s POV: Snuka was charged in 2015 with third degree murder and involuntary manslaughter after a grand jury determined that he assaulted Argentino and left her to die on May 10, 1983. It’s important to stress that the judge’s decision to drop the charges does not mean Snuka was found not guilty, but rather that he was unfit to stand trial due due to dementia.
