-Scott Stanford, Jerry Lawler, and Booker T hosted the show from WWE Headquarters. They hyped AJ Styles vs. James Ellsworth for the WWE Championship.

-Randy Orton vs. Luke Harper was announced for Smackdown.

-Heath Slater, Rhyno, and Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz, Kenny, and Mikey in a six-man tag is set for Smackdown.

-Lawler said Ellsworth is out of his league. He said he’s the biggest nothing since the invention of the zero. Stanford plugged the official Ellsworth t-shirt. Lawler said he’s been with the company all these years and he’s only had two t-shirts.

-Stanford said Curt Hawkins will make his in-ring debut on Smackdown Live.

-Booker T laid it on thick while saying that Nikki Bella “is the most awesome woman wrestler perhaps in the history of WWE.” Lawler said he wasn’t going to argue.

-Lita checked in from backstage and was joined by Curt Hawkins, who claimed he once made Mona Lisa smile.

-The hosts read some fan tweets, then picked who they would have captain Smackdown against Raw at Survivor Series. Booker went with AJ Styles, Lawler picked Randy Orton, and Stanford picked John Cena. They wrapped up the pre-show.
