Powell’s POV: The first hour of Raw averaged 3.350 million viewers. Hour two drew 3.066 million viewers. The final hour of the show averaged 2.792 million viewers. The show was headlined by Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn, though it’s also worth nothing that a good portion of the third hour felt like filler content. We hope to have the actual rating later today.
