There will be a rematch of the Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton main event of SummerSlam. WWE is now advertising Lesnar vs. Orton as the main event of the September 24 live event in Chicago, Illinois at Allstate Arena. [Thanks to Dot Net reader Darius]
Powell’s POV: WWE is also advertising Roman Reigns vs. Rusev in a street fight for the U.S. Championship, Sami Zayn and Neville vs. Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens, New Day vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson for the WWE Tag Team Championship. The previous main event of Finn Balor vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship is obviously off due to Balor’s injury.
