WWE Live Event
Birmingham, England
Report by Dot Net reader Sam Wall

1. Cesaro beat Stardust. A standard match. Cesaro got a good pop. There were some funny moments with stardust. Cesaro won after the Cesaro Swing!

2. Sin Cara beat Tyler Breeze. Sin Cara won with a Swanton. Breeze got on the mic saying he wouldn’t leave until he got a victory selfie. Out came Jack Swagger.

3. Jack Swagger beat Tyler Breeze. A short squash with Swagger winning with the ankle lock.

4. Kane beat Rusev. I missed most this getting beer. Kane won with a chokeslam.

5. New Day beat Braun Strowman and Erick Rowan to retain the WWE Tag Team Championship. The biggest pop for the night was for New Day, who won with there double finish!

Intermission

6. Charlotte (w/Ric Flair) beat Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch to retain the WWE Women’s Title. Charlotte won after Flair pulled Banks out of the ring, and Charlotte had her feet on the ropes. Probably the best match of the night.

7. The Usos beat The Dudley Boyz. The Usos won after double super kick. There was a funny moment with the Dudleys teasing tables only to disappoint, which drew some decent heat.

8. Roman Reigns beat Sheamus to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Both men were booed. Reigns got about 50/50 boo and cheers. I’ve never seen so many people leave an event before the end of the show. People were leaving even at the start of the match. Reigns won with a spear!

Overall, a good show with the kids loving it, but it was a complete letdown compared to NXT in December.
