WWE play-by-play voice Mauro Ranallo issued a statement on his Twitter page on Thursday night. “I’m deeply touched by your tweets of support,” Ranallo wrote. “My doctor wants me to stay off social media for now but I wanted to thank you.”
Powell’s POV: Ranallo has missed the last two editions of Smackdown. The first absence was blamed on a snow storm, and this past Tuesday’s absence was attributed to Mauro being sick. Mauro has been a great voice for people battling mental health issues by going public about being diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Here’s wishing him the best and a speedy return.
