Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion is working out in a pro wrestling ring again just four months after undergoing major knee surgery. ProwrestlingSheet.com reports that Rollins has been working out at the Black and Brave Wrestling Academy in Illinois.
Powell’s POV: Rollins underwent surgery on November 11 and the timeline for his return was listed as six-to-nine months. It seems as if he is ahead of schedule, but it’s hard to say without knowing exactly what he’s doing inside the ring. Based on multiple online medical websites, patients are typically working on regaining their agility during this stage of rehabbing a torn ACL.
