Impact Wrestling TV, Dot Net Weekly, NXT weekend in Florida (reports needed), NJPW Strong Style Evolved and WWE poll results, Michael Hayes

By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

-The Impact Wrestling television show features Lashley vs. Brian Cage. Impact airs on Pop TV at 7CT/8ET. John Moore’s review will be available on Friday morning, and my Impact Wrestling Hit List and audio review will also be available on Friday.

-Dot Net Members will be listening to the new Dot Net Weekly audio show featuring Jake Barnett and I discussing all the news of the week and grading the build to each WrestleMania match. Join us on the ad-free version of the site and access and our entire ten-year audio history by signing up for membership today via the Dot Net Members’ Signup Page.

-We are looking for reports from the NXT live events listed below. If you are going to one of these events or another upcoming show and want to help by sending in a report, contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com

-NXT is in Cocoa, Florida at Cocoa Armory tonight with the local crew. NXT does not list talent for the Florida spot shows.

-NXT is in St. Augustine, Florida at Mark Lance Armory on Friday with the local crew.

-NXT is in Crystal River, Florida on Saturday with the local crew.

-54 percent of Dot Net voters gave the New Japan Pro Wrestling Strong Style Evolved event an A grade. 41 percent gave the show a B grade. I side with the B voters. The main event was fantastic, but while the rest of the show had its moments, it also felt needlessly long.

-A whopping 91 percent of the voters gave Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi vs. The Young Bucks the match of the night. I’m surprised any other match received votes.

-Monday’s WWE Raw received a majority vote of D as the letter grade with 42 percent of the vote. I agree with the voters. The third hour was especially painful.

-Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live received a majority vote of C as the letter grade with 31 percent of the vote. I gave the show a B grade with solid hype for WrestleMania and some newsworthy moments with the official confirmation of WrestleMania matches.

Birthdays and Notables

-WWE executive Michael Hayes (Michael Seitz) is 59.
