By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

TNA Bound For Glory
Tampa, Florida, at the Yuengling Center
Aired live on October 11, 2026, on pay-per-view

-The pre-show featured the TNA Hall of Fame inductions of ODB, Amazing Red, and Konnan. Frankie Kazarian inducted Red, who announced during his acceptance speech that he will be in the X Division Championship match, which is now a seven-way match.

-Cruz Montana/Mike Santana inducted Konnan, who did not appear.

-ODB was inducted by Al Snow and Traci Brooks. ODB said her parents’ first date was an AWA event at the Minneapolis Auditorium. She also said the Knockouts don’t get enough credit. “We started the evolution before there was a goddamn Evolution,” ODB said.

Powell’s POV: With the pre-show lasting only 30 minutes, the speeches were brief. Also, WrestleTix listed the venue as being set up for 2,483, with 2,271 tickets distributed. The total number of seats on the map is 9,440.

The main card opened with ring announcer McKenzie Mitchell introducing Women of Rock’s Aimée MaGee, who performed the national anthem while standing in the ring… A Bound For Glory video package aired… Tom Hannifan and Matt Rehwoldt were on commentary…

Ricky Sosa made his entrance for the opening match. Eddie Edwards’ entrance followed. Alisha Edwards accompanied Eddie, who wore a mask that he removed once he was in the ring…

1. Ricky Sosa vs. Eddie Edwards (w/Alisha Edwards). The referee wore a La France shirt while Hannifan plugged the sponsor. The bell rang, and Eddie ran at Sosa, who put up his boot. A short time later, Eddie knocked Sosa off the apron. Eddie distracted the referee while Alisha jumped off the apron and put Sosa down with a tornado DDT.

Later, Sosa jumped from the floor and pulled a seated Eddie off the apron with a huracanrana. Sosa got back in the ring before running the ropes and diving over the top rope onto Eddie on the floor. Sosa sent Eddie back inside the ring and then hit him with a springboard cutter for a near fall.

Eddie came back with a clothesline and a powerbomb for a two count. Eddie performed a short-arm clothesline and a tiger bomb for a near fall. Eddie eventually charged for a Boston Knee Party, but Sosa countered with a variation of a Michinoku Driver.

Sosa indicated that he was about to perform his finisher, but he spotted Alisha on the ropes behind him. Alisha dove at Sosa, who caught her and performed a Blue Thunder Bomb. Eddie drilled Sosa with a Boston Knee Party. Moments later, Sosa avoided Eddie’s top rope moonsault. Sosa hit the Headshot. Sosa ran the ropes and hit another Headshot before covering Eddie for the three count.

Ricky Sosa beat Eddie Edwards in 11:40.

Afterward, Sosa celebrated his win. Eddie got to his feet and shook Sosa’s hand. Eddie scooped up Alisha and carried her to the back…

Powell’s POV: Who shakes hands with a guy who just performed a Blue Thunder Bomb on his wife? Anyway, this was a good opener. The company made the right call in having the younger wrestler beat the gatekeeper.

The broadcast team ran through the pay-per-view lineup…

Leon Slater delivered a promo on the backstage interview set. Slater said he’s not walking into the main event to show Nic Nemeth that he belongs in his world. Rather, he wants to show that Nemeth is now in Slater’s world. Slater said he’s one win away from becoming the youngest TNA World Champion in history, which is something he said he’s trained for since he was nine years old…

Entrances for the X Division Title match took place…

2. Cedric Alexander vs. KC Navarro vs. Fabian Aichner vs. Rich Swann vs. Ryan Nemeth vs. BDE vs. Amazing Red in a seven-way match for the vacant X Division Championship. The bell rang to start the match. Ryan wanted to shake hands with everyone, but Navarro superkicked him.

Navarro hit Aichner with a Blessing in Disguise and had him pinned, but Ryan pulled the referee out of the ring. Navarro avoided Code Red from the ropes. Red caught Navarro on the ropes. After they fought for position, Red performed a Spanish Fly from the top rope. Red followed up with Code Red and scored the pin.

Amazing Red defeated KC Navarro, Cedric Alexander, Fabian Aichner, Rich Swann, Ryan Nemeth, and BDE in a seven-way match in 10:30 to win the vacant X Division Championship.

Red celebrated his win and then exited the ring. Frankie Kazarian came out and fist-bumped Red on the entrance ramp…

Powell’s POV: I just sat back and watched the spot-fest rather than trying to keep up with all those moves. It was an entertaining sprint. This was a nice moment for Red, who was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame roughly an hour earlier. I’m cool with Red winning, but TNA needs to build new stars, so hopefully he will elevate a younger wrestler when he loses the title.

TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth delivered a promo on the backstage interview set. Nemeth, who also had one of the TNA Tag Team Title belts over his shoulder, said he’s stolen the show everywhere he’s gone and is a multi-time world champion. Nemeth said he knows how great Leon Slater is, but he also knows that no one outworks him. Nemeth said all Slater has to do is beat the best man in the business. If not, he said Slater would have to go to the back of the line…

3. Allie and Kiera Hogan vs. Zoey Serrano and Shayna Baszler for the Knockouts Tag Team Titles. Both entrances were televised. Hannifan said Allie and Hogan had never lost as a tag team. He said they first teamed up in 2018. He also noted that Allie paid tribute to Andy “The Butcher” Williams.

Baszler toyed with Allie to start. Both wrestlers tagged out. Baszler eventually made a blind tag before hitting Hogan from behind. Later, Serrano ran Allie into the ring steps while Baszler and Hogan were fighting inside the ring. The announcers played up the idea that Hogan might have to finish the match without her partner.

Hogan performed a sunset bomb on Serrano. Allie returned to the apron and tagged in. Allie worked over Serrano and then performed the Upside Down on Baszler while Hannifan noted that it was an homage to Rosemary. Allie put Serrano down and had her pinned, but Baszler broke it up.

Later, Serrano took out Hogan with a knee strike. Allie hit Serrano with a Codebreaker, but Baszler blasted Allie with a knee strike. Serrano popped Allie into another Baszler knee strike. The challengers came back and worked over Allie. Baszler choked out Allie for the win…

Zoey Serrano and Shayna Baszler defeated Allie and Kiera Hogan in 8:45 to win the Knockouts Tag Team Titles.

Powell’s POV: The right team definitely went over, and the best part is that it means this isn’t a one-off appearance for Baszler.

4. Call Your Shot gauntlet for a shot at any TNA championship at any time. The No. 1 entrant was Trey Miguel, and the No. 2 entrant was Avery Styles. Hannifan said no one in the history of the company had ever faced the type of pressure that Avery was feeling. Avery threw a dropkick that appeared to come up short, but he acted as if it connected.

The No. 3 entrant was Bear Bronson, who worked over Miguel and Styles.

The No. 4 entrant was Frankie Kazarian, who worked with Avery to put down Bronson. They were about to square off, but they stopped once the countdown started.

The No. 5 entrant was Dutch. Hannifan recalled that The Righteous tried to recruit Harley Hudson on Impact.

The No. 6 entrant was LJ Cleary. I believe I’m legally obligated to state that Cleary is engaged to WWE wrestler Lyra Valkyria.

The No. 7 entrant was Gabby Forza. Speaking of significant others, Gabby and her husband Bear Bronson are both in this match.
