Wrestling Revolver “Tales From The Ring”
Dayton, Ohio, at the Calumet Center
Streamed live October 2, 2026, on @PWRevolver on YouTube

This is one of their frequent homes; it’s a really small gym. They always pack it (and I don’t doubt their claim that it’s a sellout!), but it can barely fit 200 fans. Bork Torkleson, Carmen Michael, and others provided commentary.

* Joseph Sawyer is apparently injured and off the show. I always point out this is Sami Callihan’s promotion, and he routinely uses several current or former TNA wrestlers.

1. Damian Chambers (w/Kayla Kassady) vs. Mance Warner for the Revolver Title. Chambers just won this belt last month. Mance clotheslined Chambers to the floor at the bell, and they brawled at ringside. Mance flipped him over the guardrail and into the crowd at 1:30. They finally got back into the ring, and Mance hit a chairshot to the back at 4:00. Damian hit a second-rope flying clothesline. On the floor again, Mance hit a back-body drop onto a thin mat at 5:30. Back in the ring, Mance hit some jab punches.

Chambers hit a neckbreaker over his knee for a nearfall. He hit a chairshot to the back and a Stomp to the head for a nearfall at 8:00. Mance hit a hard clothesline for a nearfall. Mance set up for a running knee, but Kayla grabbed Mance’s ankle! Chambers immediately rolled up Mance, grabbed the ropes for added leverage, and scored the pin. Solid match.

Damian Chambers defeated Mance Warner to retain the Revolver Title at 8:58.

2. Alan Angels and Aaron Solo vs. “The Production” Katie Arquette and Derek Dillinger vs. “Latinos Most Wanted” Koda Hernandez and Sabin Gauge vs. “Alpha Sig” Dick Meyers and KC Jacobs in a four-way for the West Coast Pro Tag Team Titles. I’m not sure if a West Coast Pro belt has been defended here before! However, Angels is a regular here. Sabin and Meyers opened. Angels jumped in and threw some guys to the floor at 1:30 and was booed. He shoved Katie to the mat. She struck Alan and hit a German Suplex, then a running back elbow in the corner.

Dillinger tagged in and hit a senton to Alan’s back. Solo entered; Bork noted it was Solo’s debut here. Solo hit a double stomp on Derek’s chest at 3:00. The Alpha Sig duo hit a team axe kick move on Aaron and worked him over. Alan hit several German Suplexes, then some half-nelson suplexes, on multiple opponents! He dove through the ropes. Koda dove through the ropes on several guys at 5:00. Jacobs hit a flying Trust Fall over the ropes onto everyone. Sabin hit a dive to the floor onto everyone. The hefty Derek teased he also was going to do a dive, but he was cut off.

Dillinger powerbombed Koda over the top rope onto everyone on the floor! In the ring, Katie hit a Lungblower. Derek hit a discus forearm on Koda. The Production hit a team Styles Clash on Koda. Alan hit a rebound clothesline that dropped Derek. Alpha Sig repeatedly ‘wish-boned’ Alan’s legs at 7:30. Sabin hit a springboard crossbody block, and suddenly everyone was down. LMW hit some quick team offense on Derek. Koda flipped Sabin onto Arquette. Alpha Sig hit a team X-Factor on Sabin at 9:00. KC hit a Wassup flying headbutt to Solo’s groin for a nearfall.

Angels hit a missile dropkick for a nearfall on KC. Solo got an Arby’s bag from under the ring. (Sponsor?) He put some ‘curly fry rings’ on Katie, and she acted like they just got engaged… but then she slugged him. That was just dumb. Derek dumped curly fries on the mat and smashed Aaron’s face into them and got a nearfall. Solo put the Arby’s bag over Katie’s head. Alan hit his Halo Strike spin kick to her head, and Aaron immediately slammed and pinned her. Good action, but the comedy with the curly fries was just dumb.

Alan Angels and Aaron Solo defeated “The Production” Katie Arquette and Derek Dillinger, “Latinos Most Wanted” Koda Hernandez and Sabin Gauge, and “Alpha Sig” Dick Meyers and KC Jacobs in a four-way to retain the West Coast Pro Tag Team Titles at 12:42.

3. Brent Oakley vs. Zachary Wentz for the Revolver Remix Title. Basic reversals to start, and Wentz hit a twisting dive off the ropes, then a dive through the ropes to the floor onto Oakley. Oakley hit a huracanrana in the ring, then a sliding German Suplex out of the ropes. He hit a jumping knee in the corner. Wentz hit a German Suplex at 3:30 and a running penalty kick. He executed a Bronco Buster in the corner and bounced several times, then got a nearfall. Oakley got a rollup with his feet on the ropes for a nearfall at 5:00.

Crash Jaxon hopped on the apron and distracted the ref. Brent Oakley threw a belt to Wentz and fell to the mat. The ref turned, saw Zachary holding the belt, and called for the bell at 6:13. HOWEVER, a GM official came out and ordered Oakley back to the ring, and he made this a DQ! We got a bell, so I restarted the clock. Wentz immediately hit a Snapmare Driver onto the Title belt for the pin! New champion!

Zachary Wentz defeated Brent Oakley to win the Revolver Remix Title at 6:30.

4. Lio Rush and Charles Crowley vs. Juni Underwood and Ace Austin. UK star Crowley has been on a U.S. tour. Lio had an umbrella hat, and he opened against Juni. Crowley entered and dropped Juni with a punch at 2:30. Ace got in to face Crowley, and Charles got a quick rollup. Ace hit a shotgun dropkick. Ace hit an enzuigiri in the corner on Lio. Ace got both opponents on his shoulders and hit a double Samoan Drop at 5:00! Impressive! Juni and Ace hit stereo planchas to the floor.

In the ring, Juni worked over Crowley. Crowley came off the ropes, holding some helium balloons, but Juni hit a superkick. He went for a cover, but the helium balloons lifted Crowley’s arm and shoulder off the mat. (I’ve seen Crowley do this spot in Progress Wrestling.) Lion got back in at 7:00, and he hit a spin kick on Juni. Crowley hit a clothesline on Juni. Crowley speared Ace, then hit the Rush Hour stunner out of the ropes. Crowley hit a springboard stunner on Ace, but Juni made the save.

Juni hit some kicks on each opponent. Lio hit a stunner on Ace at 9:00. Ace hit a Disaster Kick. Juni and Ace hit a team flipping powerbomb on Lio for a nearfall. Lio hit another Rush Hour stunner on Juni and applied his modified Muta Lock. Ace made the save! Juni hit a Dragon Suplex on Lio. Crowley and Juni fought on the ropes in the corner, and Crowley hit a top-rope Spanish Fly! Lio hit the Final Hour frog splash on Juni for a believable nearfall at 11:30. Crowley hit a stuffed piledriver and pinned Juni. Fun match; easily the best of the night so far.

Lio Rush and Charles Crowley defeated Juni Underwood and Ace Austin at 12:10.

5. Krule vs. Alex Colon in a coffin match. The large wooden box — it looked more like a cabinet than a coffin — was brought to ringside. We got the bell, and they immediately brawled. Colon hit a dropkick that sent Krule to the floor, then he dove through the ropes onto Krule. Alex tried a second dive, but Krule chokeslammed him onto the ring apron, and they brawled at ringside. Krule grabbed a wooden board and cracked it repeatedly over Colon’s head. Colon shoved a wooden board onto Krule. They finally got back into the ring at 4:30.

Colon hit a baseball slide dropkick to the floor, and they resumed brawling at ringside. Colon struck him with board shards and chairs. They got back into the ring, but Colon rolled him towards the casket next to the ring at 8:00. Colon hit a flying chair-assisted elbow drop. Krule got up and hit a chokeslam. Colon hit some chairshots to the head (so ridiculously unnecessary) and hit a stomp to the head.

Krule fell off the apron and into the casket at 10:00! He immediately climbed back out. They fought in the corner above the casket. Sabin Gauge and Koda Hernandez ran out and attacked Krule and shoved him through the lid and into the casket! Sabin hit a double stomp off the top rope onto Krule’s chest (as he was in the casket). The three heels slammed (what was left of) the casket lid shut, and Colon won.

Alex Colon defeated Krule in a casket match at 11:44.

* Intermission went 25 minutes. That’s just too long.

6. Crash Jaxon vs. Troy Parker vs. “Starman” Harley Rock vs. Kristian Robinson vs. Kiran Grey vs. Bigg Pound vs. Gringo Loco for the 24/7 Scramble Title. Kiran hit a Pump Kick on Pound at the bell; he has a huge frame! (I’ve only seen him a few times on AEW/ROH. He’s really standing out here.) Pound removed his jacket, and he traded chops with Loco, and he hit a spinebuster. Kiran jumped in and hit some punches to Pound’s flabby gut. Parker hit some punches on Grey, and he locked in a sleeper! Loco hit a Swanton Bomb to break it up at 3:00.

The scrawny Harley tried a crossbody block, but Crash caught him, and Crash tossed him to Parker. Harley hit a DDT on Parker, then one on Crash, and he was fired up. Loco hit a swinging F5 on Harley. The barefoot Robinson hit a kick on Loco, then a German Suplex. He hit a standing powerbomb on Rock, then a Styles Clash for a nearfall at 5:00. Crash hit a hard clothesline on Robinson. Pound had put his vest back on, and he hit a splash on Crash, and took the vest back off. Pound teased a dive, but everyone ran away from the splash zone. Robinson hit a Fosbury Flop. Harley hit a top-rope dive onto everyone at 6:30.

Loco hit a top-rope moonsault onto everyone. Loco hit a frog splash in the ring. Robinson hit a springboard flying elbow on Loco for a nearfall. Rock hit a top-rope missile dropkick. Kiran hit a running, twisting neckbreaker on Rock for a nearfall. Pound pushed a wood board into the ring. Crash hit a shotgun dropkick, pushing Pound backwards through a wood board in the corner at 8:30. Crash hit some splashes in the corner on Loco, then a Cradle Shock for a nearfall. Joshua Bishop came out of the back! He swung a chair, but he accidentally struck Crash! He didn’t look terribly upset about the mistake! Loco hit a moonsault on Crash for the pin! New champion!

Gringo Loco defeated Crash Jaxon, Troy Parker, “Starman” Harley Rock, Kristian Robinson, Kiran Grey, and Bigg Pound to win the 24/7 Scramble Title at 10:29.

7. BDE vs. Joe Alonzo (w/Josh Bishop). Joe was on the floor and cut a heel promo; BDE dove through the ropes onto him, and we’re underway. Bishop slammed BDE onto the ring apron! Alonzo rolled BDE into the ring, and we got a bell at 00:27. He choked BDE in the ropes and hit a snap suplex. Joe was in charge and hit a bodyslam at 4:00, and he kept BDE grounded. BDE set up for a Lionsault, but Josh tripped him.

Alonzo immediately hit his springboard axe handle for a nearfall. He got up and shoved the female ref! She shoved him back; BDE got a rollup for a nearfall. BDE hit some clotheslines and a splash in the corner. BDE hit a running knee to the chest for a nearfall at 7:30. Joe snapped BDE’s neck over the top rope. BDE nailed a Falcon Arrow, then a frog splash for a nearfall, but Bishop pulled the ref to the floor. Bishop was ejected.

However, Alonzo hit a low blow punt kick and a Pedigree for a believable nearfall at 9:30. Joe got a chair, swung, and missed. BDE hit a springboard fadeaway stunner. Brent Oakley now appeared and distracted BDE. Joe accidentally kicked Oakley! Joe went for an ankle lock, but BDE escaped and applied an STF. Alonzo tapped out! The commentators talked about how the Algorithm faction has accidentally hit each other all night.

BDE defeated Joe Alonzo at 10:54/official time of 10:27.

* Bishop returned and held down BDE. Alonzo hit Oakley in the back with a steel chair, and Bishop powerbombed Oakley! Looks like Oakley is out of the Algorithm! Bishop hit a Razor’s Edge on BDE. Alpha Sig ran down to save BDE from a further beatdown. BDE helped Oakley to his feet. The crowd chanted, “Hug it out!” Sure enough, BDE and Oakley hugged. Alpha Sig hugged them, too. The crowd cheered for this unification.

* A giant scaffold was put next to the ring for the main event! Unfortunately, Rich Swann is sick and out of the match. I would estimate that if you were standing on the scaffold, it would be quite similar to standing on top of a cage, in terms of height above the ring.

8. “Tye or Die” Amazonga, Ryan Matthias, and Rory Shield (w/KJ Reynolds) vs. Trey Miguel, Jake Crist, and Zachary Wentz in Scaffold Warfare for the Revolver Tag Team Titles. Wentz replaced Rich Swann; well, that explains why his match was so short earlier, I guess. The commentators thought this was going to be 4-on-3, but apparently Reynolds is dealing with an injury. They all immediately fought to the floor. In the ring, Amazonga splashed Trey through a door in the corner at 2:00.

On the floor, Wentz and Amazonga smashed door debris over each other’s heads. In the ring, Trey hip-tossed Matthias through a door shard in the corner at 4:00. Trey hit some dropkicks. The tiny Rory jumped in and hit some forearm strikes on Trey and a satellite DDT. Zachary got in the ring and knocked her down. Wentz hit a second-rope twisting crossbody block on her. Matthias set up for a dive, but Jake tossed a chair at his head. Gross and completely unnecessary.

Amazonga slammed Crist onto a pile of folded chairs at 7:00. Jake sat up, and his head was covered in blood. Amazonga hit a double clothesline. Crist and Shield climbed the scaffold! Jake dove off the scaffold and hit a double crossbody block into the ring at 9:30! Matthias hit a superplex on Jake for a nearfall. Trey hit a spinebuster. Zachary hit a Meteora. Wentz and Trey hit front-and-back kicks on Rory. Jake hit a moonsault. Wentz hit a Spiral Tap.

Reynolds interfered. Out of the back came Dezmond Xavier, and the crowd went nuts for him! The three members of the Rascalz posed together! “My heart is soaring! What a reunion!” Bork shouted. Everyone started fighting on the floor again. Trey and Matthias brawled. Ryan dove through the ropes, but Trey had moved, so Ryan crashed through a board leaning against the guardrail. Wentz dove off the guardrail and onto two guys. Trey hit a crossbody block off the guardrail to the floor. Amazonga picked up Jake and tossed him several feet into rows of empty chairs.

Back in the ring, Matthias put Trey in a chair, but he missed a dive. Trey slammed Matthias onto the open chair at 17:00. Wentz hit a flip dive onto Amazonga. Trey hit a coast-to-coast dropkick. Meanwhile, Crist and Matthias were fighting on the scaffold. Rory climbed up there, too. However, Trey and Zachary surrounded her and put her in a body bag! Several security guards jumped in the ring and pleaded for them to stop!

However, Trey and Zachary tossed the body bag onto a dozen (or more!) guys down in the ring. They then hit stereo flip dives into the ring, taking everyone out at 20:30! Matthias climbed the scaffold and was alone. However, Crist joined him. Matthias hit an elbow drop from the scaffold into the ring. Matthias climbed the scaffold again and traded forearm strikes with Crist. A table was set up in the ring below them! Jake hit a Cradle Shock off the scaffold with them both crashing through the table. Crist then pinned Matthias. Fun match with some big bumps.

Trey Miguel, Jake Crist, and Zachary Wentz defeated “Tye or Die” Amazonga, Ryan Matthias, and Rory Shield in Scaffold Warfare to win the Revolver Tag Team Titles at 24:01.

* Dez Xavier got into the ring and posed with the three winners. (He really didn’t get involved in the match after that pose mid-match.) A pretty satisfying big brawl.

Final Thoughts: I liked the Lio Rush tag match for best. All four are pretty talented guys. I’m not the biggest fan of Crowley, but his Colt Cabana-style humor and antics usually play well with the crowd, and they did here. The main event takes second. Matthias has really improved in the past year to become one of the better talents in the Midwest. I really recoil at those chairshots and thrown weapons, as it’s just not necessary — they are all pretty talented and blows like that just don’t substantially help the match. The downsides are just not worth it.

The tag title four-way earns third. Of course, I wish the tag belts hadn’t been on the line, because there simply was no way that the West Coast Pro tag belts were changing hands in Ohio. And yes, the stupid stuff with Katie Arquette putting a fry on her finger was pointless; the comedy didn’t land.

Yes, there were some negatives. I don’t mean to keep bashing the Alpha Sig guys, but they need to be getting in more matches if they want to improve. The Colon-Krule casket match left me bored. No, it’s not my preferred style, but what’s the feud here? A casket match should be the blowoff to a feud… You shouldn’t have a casket match just for the sake of having a casket match, just because it’s October and you think you need ‘spooky-themed matches.”

Revolver recently released a July show held at a county fair that featured several new wrestlers I hadn’t seen before (many I didn’t know their names, and the commentary team didn’t either!) But tonight, everyone here was a Revolver regular or a known talent from elsewhere (like Aaron Solo, for example).
