The Wednesday, September 10, AEW Dynamite television show averaged 571,000 viewers for TBS, according to Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline.com. The viewership was down from the prior week’s average of 796,000. Dynamite finished with a 0.10 rating in the 18-49 demo, down from the previous week’s 0.15 rating.
Powell’s POV: The HBO Max streaming numbers are not included in the rating or viewership count for AEW programming. Dynamite ran head-to-head with the NFL opening night game between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots, which averaged 25.1 million viewers between NBC and Peacock. One year earlier, on September 9, 2025, Dynamite on TBS delivered 558,000 viewers and a 0.10 rating in the 18-49 demographic without NFL competition.
