Tuesday’s NXT television show averaged 683,000 viewers on The CW, according to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.com. The viewership count was up from last week’s average of 588,000. NXT finished with a 0.14 rating in the 18-49 demo, up from last week’s 0.09 rating.
Powell’s POV: The ESPN Unlimited streaming numbers are not included in the rating or viewership count for NXT programming. Zilla Fatu made his unadvertised debut on the August 11 show, and then signed his contract on the August 18 episode. One year earlier, the August 19, 2025, NXT on The CW averaged 675,000 viewers and a 0.15 rating for the Heatwave go-home show.
