Create A Pro Wrestling “CAPCon”
August 16, 2026, in Lynbrook, New York, at the KOC Hall
Streamed live on YouTube.com

This Knights of Columbus Hall is a fairly attractive room. I’ve seen a handful of shows from this venue before. The ring is pushed up against one wall, and about 300 people are packed around the other three sides of the ring. Lynbrook is located on Long Island, roughly one hour east of New York City.

MJF joined commentary for the sixth match!

* I don’t see a lot of Create A Pro, but I don’t see any new or unfamiliar names to me. There are certainly some guys that I only see here, but no debuts.

1. Rhino vs. Evil Kip. I have always thought Evil Kip looks like Miz, plus goggle glasses. Kip stalled on the floor early on. In the ring, Rhino hit some chops and a hip toss. Kip grabbed a cane from a fan and used it as he limped around ringside. This time, Rhino rolled to the floor and attacked Kip and rolled him back in. Kip snapped Rhino’s neck as he was re-entering the ring at 3:30. Rhino slammed Kip back-first on the apron, then he hit a suplex onto the thin mat at ringside.

In the ring, Kip choked Rhino in the ropes and hit some blows to the back. Rhino finally got up, and they traded forearm strikes. Rhino hit some clotheslines and got a nearfall at 8:00. This has already gone longer than I expected! Kip set up for a Sliced Bread out of the corner, but Rhino threw him to the mat. Rhino immediately hit the Gore for the pin. This was always how the match was going to end!

Rhino defeated Evil Kip at 8:59.

2. Bear Bronson vs. Andre Chance. This is former NXT wrestler Andre Chase, still wearing a Chase U jacket. (I know he’s appeared on some Produce shows.) They had a feeling-out process early on, cautiously tying up. Bear grabbed an arm, flipped Chance to the mat at 3:00, and celebrated, and we got a “This is wrestling!” chant. (Chance is still wearing his jacket). He tossed Bear to the floor and hit a plancha on him. However, he was limping upon landing. Bear dove through the ropes onto him at 4:30.

Bronson hit some chops on the floor. The fans handed Bear a beer, and he pounded that, then continued brawling with Andre. Andre slammed him back-first on the ring apron at 6:30. He shoved Bear into the ring and got a nearfall. Andre hit a standing neckbreaker for a nearfall. He hit a Lungblower to the chest for a nearfall. Bear hit a suplex at 8:00, and they were both down. Bear hit some running splashes in the corner and a Black Hole Slam for a nearfall.

Andre hit a Diamond Cutter and a slingshot DDT for a nearfall, and they were both down at 10:00. Bear hit a discus clothesline and a Choke Bomb for a nearfall. Andre hit a Lungblower to the back, then a Shining Wizard to the back of the head for a nearfall at 11:30, and we got a “This is awesome!” chant. Andre set up for a piledriver, but Bear blocked it, got a sunset flip, then a butt drop to Andre’s chest. Bronson immediately hit the Fire Thunder Driver (piledriver) for the pin. Fun match.

Bear Bronson defeated Andre Chance at 12:29.

3. JGeorge, Liam Davis, Sebastian Amore, and Jackson Crowe vs. TK Wylde, Just Joe, and “The Headbangers” Mosh and Thrasher. I think this is the third time I’ve seen the Headbangers on their 2026 retirement tour. A commentator noted that many of these wrestlers were “too young to see the Headbangers wrestle,” but now they get to share the ring with them. Joe and TK also wore the plaid skirts to match the Headbangers’ look. Just Joe always wears a sweater, and he opened with the short Amore. Thrasher hopped in at 1:30 and hit some chops on Jackson Crowe.

Mosh entered and bounced on Crowe’s back to choke him in the ropes. JGeorge knocked Wylde down with a kick at 4:30, and the heels worked over Wylde. Mosh finally got a hot tag at 7:30, and he hit some mosh-pit slams into corners. The Headbangers hit a team Flapjack. Just Joe hit a running stunner and pinned Amore. Exactly what you’d want here; I am pretty sure the Headbangers never left their feet or took a back bump, which is just fine. The crowd was happy with what they saw.

TK Wylde, Just Joe, and “The Headbangers” Mosh and Thrasher defeated JGeorge, Liam Davis, Sebastian Amore, and Jackson Crowe at 8:44.

4. CPA vs. Kevin Tibbs. I’m sure I’ve seen Tibbs, but it’s the only name on the lineup that didn’t jump out to me. He’s short, white, and bald, looking a bit like Tommaso Ciampa did 10 years ago. The commentator explained that Tibbs recently turned on CPA in a tag match. CPA came out second, and they started brawling on the floor. CPA peeled off one button-down shirt. Tibbs threw him head-first into the ring post. They got in the ring, and we got a bell at 00:44 to begin.

CPA immediately hit a D’Lo-style Sky High powerbomb and some punches, then a stunner. Tibbs hit a dropkick and took control. The crowd chanted “Bald! Bald!” at Tibbs. Kevin hit a low blow uppercut at 2:30. CPA hit Tibbs with a chair; the ref saw that one and called for the bell! The crowd booed and chanted, “Let them fight!” Several guys came out to separate them. Nothing has been decided! CPA got on the mic and challenged him to a street fight on Oct. 24!

Kevin Tibbs defeated CPA via DQ at 2:52/official time 2:08.

5. Aaron Rourke vs. TJ Crawford in a No. 1 contender’s match. Rourke wore a flamboyant black-and-silver robe, and he got a nice crowd pop. Some fast-paced reversals to open, and Rourke hit a basement dropkick, then a running neckbreaker for a nearfall at 1:00. TJ hit a hard back elbow and was booed. They traded rollups. TJ raked at Aaron’s nose and tied him in an abdominal stretch. Rourke hit a Lethal Injection at 5:00, then a running knee for a nearfall. TJ hit a series of kicks and a stunner for a nearfall. They traded forearm strikes, and Aaron caught him with a hard kick for the pin! Much shorter than I anticipated.

Aaron Rourke defeated TJ Crawford to become No. 1 contender at 7:28.

MJF joined commentary, vowing that Sidney Bakabella was going to win the next match.

6. Sidney Bakabella vs. Tony Atlas. I’m almost positive I saw Sidney fight Tony a couple of years ago. Sidney came out first, wearing a royal robe and crown, and he cut a heel promo. MJF joked that Atlas has “what, maybe six or seven months in the business?” MJF also called Atlas a “young whippersnapper.” Sidney and Tony took turns flexing. Sidney tried a headlock. He tried a shoulder tackle but ricocheted off Atlas. (Tony looks like he can barely stand; I wouldn’t want to even touch him on a shoulder tackle.) Tony hit a clothesline and twisted Sidney’s arm. Sidney got a golf club and struck Atlas with it. Atlas put Sidney in a sleeper. The ref raised Sidney’s arm three times and called for the bell. Honestly, the best part of that match was MJF’s commentary.

Tony Atlas defeated Sidney Bakabella at 4:04.

* An 11-minute intermission.

7. “The Shooter Boys” Anthony Vecchio and Aaron Ortiz vs. “Delta Force” Dante Drago and Nick Robles vs. Jack Tomlinson and Bobby Casale vs. “The Verdict” Bryce Donovan and Vinny “VSK” Scalice in a four-way for the CAP Tag Titles. Just Scalice and Ortiz opened while the other six were on the apron. Ortiz hit a dropkick and a Northern Lights Suplex. Bryce jumped in at 1:30 and clotheslined Ortiz. Tomlinson and Drago fought, with Dante hitting a dropkick. Casale entered at 3:00, pushed Robles into a corner, and hit some punches to the ribs and a roundhouse kick.

VSK hit a knee drop across Nick’s forehead at 5:00 and kept Robles grounded. The Shooter Boys hit a team swinging faceplant on Casale at 6:30, then stereo German Suplexes on The Verdict. The Boys dove through the ropes onto the other six on the floor. In the ring, Vecchio hit a Blockbuster for a nearfall, but Bryce made the save. Bryce hit a Black Hole Slam on Ortiz, who rolled to the floor. Dante hit a 619 on Bryce! Scalice hit a Lumbar Check on Dante. Casale hit some kicks and a senton.

Casale hit a German Suplex on Bryce, then a neckbreaker over his knee on VSK. He hit a backbreaker over his knee on Vecchio and a powerbomb on Ortiz at 8:30. Tomlinson jumped on Ortiz for a pin attempt. Casale was annoyed his partner tried to steal the pin. Jack shoved Tomlinson! Delta Force hit a Chasing the Dragon spin kick-and-brainbuster combo on Tomlinson for a nearfall at 10:00, and we got a “This is awesome!” chant. Dante accidentally hit Robles! Bryce hit a chokeslam and pinned Dante! The Shooter Boys lose their belts without getting pinned.

“The Verdict” Bryce Donovan and Vinny “VSK” Scalice defeated “The Shooter Boys” Anthony Vecchio and Aaron Ortiz, “Delta Force” Dante Drago and Nick Robles, and Jack Tomlinson and Bobby Casale in a four-way to win the CAP Tag Titles at 10:36.

* Sidney Bakabella returned to ringside and approached Dante Drago and Nick Robles. He told them this was their opportunity to join his faction. Robles turned Sidney down. However, Dante attacked Robles and beat him up. He shook Sidney’s hand. LOUD boos from the crowd as Drago left with Bakabella.

8. Nat Castle vs. Gabby Forza vs. Kylie Alexa vs. Liviyah in a four-way for the CAP Women’s Title. New white gear for Liviyah! Nat has been champion here for more than a year! We got the bell, but they took turns playing to the crowd. (The fans hate Nat and Kylie! No shock there!) They got in a four-way knuckle lock. The heels got shoved into each other. Liv and Gabby hit stereo bodyslams at 1:30. They hit stereo delayed vertical suplexes on the heels, who rolled to the floor.

Gabby and Liv squared off. Kylie pulled Gabby to the floor and shoved her face-first into a ring post. Meanwhile, Nat hit some spin kicks on Liv in the ring. The heels hit stereo buttbumps in the corners on the babyfaces at 4:30. Liviyah hit some flying shoulder tackles and clotheslines on Alexa. Gabby splashed onto all three in the corner and hit a fallaway slam on Liv, then one on Nat, but Alexa avoided taking one. Gabby caught Kylie and hit a powerslam instead. Liv hit a German Suplex.

Gabby rolled up Kylie for a nearfall at 7:00, and suddenly all four women were down. They all got to their feet and traded forearm strikes and chops. Suddenly it was just Liv vs. Gabby in a loud chop exchange! Liv nailed a German Suplex, but Gabby popped to her feet and hit a clothesline. Gabby got both Liv and Nat on her shoulders, but Nat escaped. Nat hit some Yes Kicks on Forza. Gabby nailed the Fire Thunder Driver! However, Kylie snuck in, rolled up Gabby, and scored the flash pin! New champion! Good action.

Kylie Alexa defeated Gabby Forza, Nat Castle, and Liviyah in a four-way to win the CAP Women’s Title at 9:56.

9. Bobby Orlando vs. Leo Sparrow (w/Steve Corino) in a Tables, Lettuce and Chairs match for the CAP Title. Yes, “Lettuce” because Leo is known for throwing kale at his opponents as a distraction. Leo swung and missed with the title, and we got the bell! They immediately brawled to the floor. Bobby tied Leo in the Tree of Woe; he grabbed a cane and jabbed it into Leo’s stomach. Bobby grabbed a huge bag of lettuce! The crowd chanted, “parasite!” (This will make no sense to someone reading this 20 years from now.)

Orlando whipped the lettuce at Leo, and the ring was just a mess. Leo whipped a head of lettuce like a basketball at Orlando’s face! Leo clocked Orlando across the back with a chairshot, and he got a nearfall at 3:30. Sparrow set up a tiny table and two chairs, and he placed lettuce on the table. They both sat down. The crowd chanted, “F— the salad!” They traded punches. Bobby slammed Leo face-first onto the lettuce on the table. Leo hit a back suplex onto the table for a nearfall at 5:30. Leo grabbed a wood shard and shoved it across Bobby’s mouth!

Orlando missed a moonsault and landed chest-first across the top of an open chair! Ouch! Leo hit the Broccoli Buster (Bronco Buster) in the corner. Leo hit a coast-to-coast dropkick. He slid a table into the ring at 7:30. Bobby hit a flapjack, slamming Leo chest-first through the table. Bobby grabbed a chair, slammed it across the back, then powerbombed Leo across the open chair. Bobby hit a springboard frog splash for a nearfall. Bobby set up a table in the corner. Corino hopped on the apron and jawed at Bobby. However, Leo accidentally threw lettuce onto Colby!

Leo flipped Bobby out of the ring, and Orlando crashed through a table on the floor at 11:30! Leo rolled him back into the ring and got a nearfall. However, Leo jawed at Corino. He shoved Corino, so Steve shoved him back. Bobby hit his Athena-style flying stunner, then he speared Sparrow through the door in the corner for a believable nearfall at 13:00. They were both down, and we got a “This is awesome!” chant. Corino got in the ring and took off his jacket. He handed the title belt to Bobby. However, he cracked Bobby on the back with a chair! Leo immediately hit a double-arm DDT onto the title belt and got the pin! New champion!

Leo Sparrow defeated Bobby Orlando to win the CAP Title at 14:17.

Final Thoughts: A thoroughly enjoyable show. Sure, there was silliness with the lettuce in the main event, but the action was really good, and both men took some big bumps. They earned best match of the night. I’ll narrowly take the tag title match for second place over the women’s match for third. A good use of some legends like Rhino, Steve Corino, and the Headbangers, although I really don’t want to see Tony Atlas in the ring at all. Just seems risky for a man of his age.

Complaints? MJF in the building but not cutting a heel promo in the ring, I guess. I don’t know if the fans were even aware he was there to do commentary for a match. I love Rourke and Crawford, so I’m a bit disappointed their match was so short. I liked a lot here, though — it’s well lit, it was fairly family-friendly, no blood, the intermission was kept to the promised time, and good production values.
