WWE is advertising the following matches and events for tonight’s WWE Raw television show.
-Jey Uso will deliver Solo Sikoa to World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns per last week’s match stipulation
-Chad Gable vs. Rey Mysterio for the Intercontinental Title
-Rey Fenix vs. El Fiscal in a first-round tournament match for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship
-Dragon Lee vs. El Hijo de Dr. Wagner in a first-round tournament match for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship
-Sol Ruca vs. Lyra Valkyria
Powell’s POV: Penta advanced to the semifinals by beating Laredo Kid last night. He will face La Parka, who beat Psycho Clown in the tournament match on Saturday’s AAA show. The winners of tonight’s tournament matches will meet in the other semifinal match. Both semifinal matches will be held on next Monday’s Raw in Ottawa, Ontario, and the final will be held on the August 31 Raw in Birmingham, Alabama. The winner will challenge Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship on the September 14 Raw in Mexico City.
