AEW Trios Champions Swerve Strickland, Kofi, and Austin Creed were shown walking backstage with Prince Nana. They stopped and spoke about their title match. Nana told Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun not to forget who gave them their start.
Kofi shifted the focus to their potential title defense against Hangman Page, Bandido, and Brody King. Kofi asked about Swerve’s past issues with all three men. Kofi and Creed wondered if Swerve had any friends in AEW before they showed up. Swerve thought about it and then told them that he’d see them out there. Funny…
