-WWE Smackdown will be taped today London, England at the 02 Arena. WWE announced Kairi Sane and Asuka vs. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. Join Jake Barnett for live coverage as the show airs on USA Network at 7CT/8ET. Dot Net Members will hear my audio review later tonight, and I’ll be by on Wednesday with the WWE Smackdown Hit List.

-The Raw crew is in Paris, France today at Accorhotels Arena with the following advertised lineup: Seth Rollins vs. Baron Corbin for the WWE Universal Championship, AJ Styles, Braun Strowman, and Rey Mysterio vs. Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and Lio Rush, Becky Lynch vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Lacey Evans for the Raw Women’s Championship, Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins vs. Bobby Roode and Chad Gable for the Raw Tag Titles, Lucha House Party vs. Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers, Bayley and Ember Moon vs. The Riott Squad.

-WWE 205 Live airs on WWE Network at 9CT/10ET. Anish V’s review of the show will be available on Wednesday along with his weekly Dot Net Members’s exclusive audio review.

-The Miz & Mrs. reality show airs on USA Network tonight after Smackdown at 9CT/10ET.

-The latest Ring of Honor TV show includes Bandido vs. Shane Taylor. My written review will be available today along with Haydn Gleed’s members’ exclusive audio review.

-The dark main events advertised on the arena website for tonight’s Smackdown taping are Kofi Kingston vs. Kevin Owens for the WWE Championship, and Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton.

Birthdays and Notables

-Robert Fuller (Robert Welch) is 68. He continues to work as Colonel Robert Parker in MLW.

-Zack Ryder (a/k/a Matthew Cardona) is 34.

The late Leon White, who worked as Vader, was born on May 14, 1955. He died of heart failure at age 63 on June 18, 2018.

-The late Scott Irwin was born on May 14, 1952. He died of a brain tumor on September 5, 1987 at age 35. He teamed with his brother Bill Irwin as the Long Riders and The Super Destroyers.

-The late Steve “Dr. Death” Williams was born on May 14, 1960. He died at age 49 following a long battle with cancer.

-The late Tommy Rogers (Thomas Couch) was born on May 14, 1961. He died at age 54 on June 1, 2015.
