WWE is advertising the following matches and segments for tonight’s Smackdown television show.

-WWE Champion Kofi Kingston addresses being attacked by Kevin Owens last week.

-WWE Raw and Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Bayley in a non-title match.

-Smackdown Tag Champions Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy address “online rumors” regarding Jeff Hardy being injured.

Powell’s POV: WWE will also announce the Smackdown entrants in the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder matches. Smackdown will be held tonight in Columbus, Ohio at Schottenstein Center. Join Jake Barnett for his weekly Smackdown live review as the show airs Tuesday on USA Network at 7CT/8ET. Dot Net Members will hear my audio review after the show tonight.

  1. I truly believe that if Big E were healthy he would be the one in the turncoat storyline with Kofi though it would honestly mean more. Owens was an “honorary New Day Member” for like a week before he turned on them, the betrayal for obvious reasons would have meant more coming from E or Xavier. I also doubt anyone ever really trusted Owens due to his track record of stabbing people in the back.
