Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live scored a 1.69 rating, up from the 1.65 rating the show drew last week. As previously noted, the show averaged 2.393 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.208 million viewers.

Powell’s POV: Smackdown finished well above its 1.55 average rating for shows in 2019. The hype for the show was built around New Day responding to Vince McMahon’s gauntlet match screwjob on Kofi Kingston, and Kurt Angle’s final Smackdown match. The March 27, 2018 edition of Smackdown delivered 2.576 million viewers.
