1. Satoshi Kojima, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Yuji Nagata, Manabu and Nakanishi defeated Yota Tsuji, Yuya Uemura, Colt Cabana, and Michael Elgin.

2. Shingo Takaggi and Bushi beat Shota Umino and Ren Narita.

3. Minoru Suzuki, Davey Boy Smith Jr., and Lance Archer defeated Togi Makabe, Toru Yano, and Toa Henare.

4. Zack Sabre Jr. and Taichi beat Will Ospreay and Ryusuke Taguchi.

5. Tetsuya Naito and Evil beat Kota Ibushi and Tomoaki Honma.

6. Juice Robinson, Mikey Nicholls, Yoshi-Hashi, and Hirooki Goto defeated Jay White, Chase Owens, Bad Luck Fale, and Hikuleo.

7. Kazuchika Okada defeated Tomohiro Ishii in a New Japan Cup tournament semfinal match.

8. Sanada defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi in a New Japan Cup tournament semifinal match.

Powell’s POV: The tournament concludes on Sunday in Niigata with Kazuchika Okada vs. Sanada in the tournament finals. The winner will challenge Jay White for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship on April 6 at the G1 Supercard in New York at Madison Square Garden.
