The NWA has released its latest “10 Pounds of Gold” video featuring NWA Champion Nick Aldis visiting with eight-time NWA Champion Harley Race. Watch the video below or at the NWA Youtube Page.
Powell’s POV: Aldis continues to be great with the former NWA Champions and it’s always a treat to see the great Race. The video includes some cool classic footage of Race facing Rick Martel, Bruiser Brody, and others, along with Aldis facing Race’s son Leland at a World League Wrestling event that was held over the weekend.
Aldis will face Marty Scurll in an NWA Title match at the Crockett Cup event on April 27 in Concord, North Carolina at Cabarrus Arena. Tickets are available via Ticketmaster.com and range from $30 to $70. Teams from the NWA, NJPW, ROH, and CMLL will be involved in the tournament.
