Impact Wrestling viewership for the first “best of” show

By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

Thursday’s Impact Wrestling television drew 116,000 total viewers on Pop TV, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 140,000 viewers the show accumulated the previous week.

Powell’s POV: The decline was expected since it was a “best of” show. It’s actually a decent number compared to what they have typically drawn since moving to the later time slot. Last year, Impact Wrestling produced 269,000 viewers for the December 21 edition for a “best of” show in the earlier time slot.
