United States District Court Judge Vanessa L Bryant dismissed all lawsuits filed by attorney Konstantine Kyros on behalf of dozes of former wrestlers against WWE related to head trauma related issues.
Powell’s POV: Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com has a good breakdown of why the judge ruled in WWE favor. This is not a surprising result as everything seemed to be pointing in this direction with the judge essentially scolding Kyros over a number of issues.
