1. El Desperado and Yoshinobu Kanemaru defeated Ren Narita and Ryusuke Taguchi.

2. David Finlay and Tetsuhiro Yagi defeated Yuji Nagata and Shota Umino.

3. Tomohiro Ishii and Toru Yano defeated Michael Elgin and Tomoyuki Oka.

4. Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Takashi Iizuka defeated Juice Robinson and Toa Henare.

5. Tetsuya Naito, Sanada, and Bushi beat Minoru Suzuki, Zack Sabre Jr., and Taka Michinoku.

6. Kota Ibushi, Tanga Loa, Chase Owens, and Yujiro Takahashi defeated Kazuchika Okada, Yoshi-Hashi, Hirooki Goto, and Chuckie T.

7. Bad Luck Fale defeated Lance Archer in a New Japan Cup tournament first round match.

8. Hiroshi Tanahashi defeated Taichi in a New Japan Cup tournament first round match.

Powell’s POV: Tanahashi and Fale will meet in round two. This show through March 14 are only broadcast with Japanese commentary on New Japan World. My next full review will be for the March 15 event once English commentary returns.
