Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live scored a 1.73 rating, down from the 1.77 rating the show drew last week. As previously noted, the show averaged 2.509 million viewers, down from last week’s 2.580 million viewers.

Powell’s POV: The second hour of the show aired opposite the State of the Union address, which didn’t help Smackdown’s cause. The January 31, 2017 edition of Smackdown delivered a 2.0 rating with 2.817 million viewers for the first edition after the Royal Rumble.
